Equipment Checkout
AV Equipment
The library has various audiovisual equipment available for checkout, including DSLR cameras, projectors, microphones, and more.
Make a reservation by using our Audiovisual Online Store.
All AV equipment can be checked out for a maximum of two weeks unless otherwise approved by faculty or library staff.
Students must receive approval from a film professor before they are allowed to check out certain equipment. Not all the equipment is available to all students.
If any of the equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or is not returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the replacement costs.
Late returns will incur a penalty of suspension from AV equipment checkout privileges.
Laptops
The library has a limited number of laptops available for three-day checkout. Each laptop comes with a charger and carrying bag.
To check out a laptop, please inquire at the library front desk.
Laptops are intended for short-term use (a maximum of three days) and cannot be renewed.
A laptop is not considered returned until all accessories (charger, bag, and any adapters) have also been returned.

Chargers
The library has a limited number of phone and laptop chargers available for a four-hour checkout period.
To check out a charger, please inquire at the library front desk.
Both lightning and USB-C phone chargers are available.
Laptop chargers have a USB-C port and may or may not work with your particular laptop.
Chargers are intended for short-term use (a maximum of four hours) and cannot be renewed.
